A delicate interpretation of how men can actually feel, be soft and show emotions. In the world mostly Africa, black men are depicted with strength, toughness,pride, ego and a desire to always be represnted by power, Lynette Luna series black men with flowers, raises brows and questions what masculinity really is.

Some may argue that it shows effeminacy, weakness but according to the 24 year old artist her work hopes to shed light on how black can be seen as soft, delicate rather than the way the society pressures them to be seen as hard, calloused, and tough, hence the use of flowers.
